1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Scope of Agreement
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of gamexbet, including registered players, visitors browsing the platform without an account, and any third parties interacting with gamexbet's services. They govern all aspects of the player relationship including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, gameplay, bonuses, disputes, and account closure.
1.2 Agreement to Electronic Communications

gamexbet reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address from any player at any time. 2.1 Age Verification Procedure
Before processing a player's first withdrawal, gamexbet will request age and identity verification. 3. Account Registration & Security
Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on gamexbet. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gamexbet may merge them, close the duplicate account(s), and void any bonus funds or winnings associated with the duplicate account.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. 3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gamexbet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, whether for the purpose of allowing them to play on your behalf, manage your account, or for any other reason. gamexbet will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.2 Account Currency
All gamexbet accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Account balances, deposit amounts, wagering requirements, and withdrawal amounts are all expressed and processed in BDT. gamexbet does not offer multi-currency accounts. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by gamexbet, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
- Deposits are credited to your gamexbet account in real time in the case of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to appear in your account balance.

- Withdrawals will only be paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the deposited amount via that method. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control.
- bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
- gamexbet processes withdrawal requests on a rolling 24/7 basis. There are no designated processing windows or batch cut-off times.
- gamexbet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is not an indication of wrongdoing and is a standard compliance procedure.
- Withdrawals of funds subject to active wagering requirements will not be processed until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Game Outcomes
All RNG-based game outcomes on gamexbet are determined by independently certified random number generators. The results are not influenced by gamexbet or any third party. Live casino game outcomes are determined by real-world physical processes (e.g., card dealing, roulette wheels) conducted by licensed studios under their own regulatory frameworks. gamexbet does not and cannot alter live game outcomes.
6.2 Sports Betting
Sports betting markets on gamexbet — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the specific betting rules published in the sports book section of the platform. Bets are settled based on official results as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for Bangladesh domestic cricket, BPL organisers for BPL fixtures). In the event of a result not being officially recognised, gamexbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
6.3 Disputes & Errors
If you believe a game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify gamexbet support via live chat within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. gamexbet will investigate all disputes using server-side logs and, where applicable, third-party studio records. gamexbet's decision following a dispute investigation is final. In cases where an error by gamexbet has resulted in an overpayment, gamexbet reserves the right to recover the overpaid amount from your account balance.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on gamexbet and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of account balance and bonus funds:

- Operating or accessing more than one gamexbet account.
- Using another person's account, payment method, or identity to access or use gamexbet.

gamexbet reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, affected accounts may be temporarily suspended, and pending withdrawals may be held. gamexbet will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by a suspension pending investigation where the investigation reveals genuine prohibited conduct.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
gamexbet reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete age or identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
- Chargebacks or disputed transactions raised by the player with their payment provider.
- Determination that the player is under 18 years of age.
- Request by the player for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
- Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring account closure.
8.1 Voluntary Closure
Players may request voluntary closure of their gamexbet account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, gamexbet will confirm the request and process any remaining verified balance (net of any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) to the player's registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
8.2 Self-Exclusion

8.3 Effect of Closure on Balances
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions, gamexbet reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawal amounts, where the closure is a direct consequence of prohibited conduct. Where account closure is for any other reason (e.g., regulatory instruction, voluntary closure), verifiable real-money balances will be returned to the player net of any outstanding wagering requirements.
